Tampa, Florida – March 11, 2014 – Roger West Creative & Code, a digital marketing agency based in Tampa, Florida, has recently received a Gold ADDY award from the American Advertising Federation of Tampa Bay’s 2014 American Advertising Awards (AAA). The award celebrates their creative design work on the YWCA of Tampa Bay Annual Report.

The Annual Report was a print piece that was designed as a part of the YWCA’s 2014 Annual Meeting. Roger West Creative was asked to rebrand the meeting in hopes of boosting attendance. To that end, the company designed all creative assets, including an elegant invitation, event agenda, video graphics and the annual report. Event attendance more than doubled.

As the top winner in the Collateral Material: Annual Report category, Roger West will advance to compete in the fourth district American Advertising Awards.

“It is a true honor to represent Tampa Bay’s creative community in this category at the world’s largest creative advertising competition,” said Michael Westafer, CEO of Roger West Creative & Code. “I am very proud of my team and the hard work they put forth during this project.”

The award recognizes the work of Michael Trocke as the Creative Director, Paige Thomas as the Designer, and Natalie Mitchell as the Director of Client Services for the project. Content was provided by Jennie Treby, Amanda Singleton and YWCA’s CEO Lenice Emanuel.

The American Advertising Awards recognize creative excellence in all forms of media, from television and radio, to print and digital. With over 60,000 entries annually, it is quite possibly the toughest awards competition in the industry. The American Advertising Federation, a not-for-profit industry association conducts the American Advertising Awards through its 200 member advertising clubs and 15 districts. It is the only creative awards program administered by the advertising industry, for the industry.
