Roger West Creative & Code Named Honoree and Winner of Established Excellence on Inc. Best Workplaces 2021

Roger West Creative & Code, a full-service digital marketing agency, has been recognized as an honoree on the Inc. Best Workplaces list and a winner in the competitive Established Excellence category for 2021. Roger West is one of just four Florida-based marketing agencies, and one of six Tampa-based businesses to earn recognition for creating a team-centered environment and culture.

This is Roger West’s first-time making Inc. magazines Best Workplaces list after the agency made its debut on the 2020 annual Inc. 5000 list, placing 1480 among 5000 of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies.

Inclusion on the prestigious Inc. Best Workplaces list requires nominee teams to submit employee surveys conducted by Quantum Workplace, examining critical elements of company culture including management effectiveness, perks and nurturing employee growth. Every nominee’s benefit offerings are also audited to determine a company’s ranking.

Earlier this year, Roger West ranked No. 11 on the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s Best Places to Work in 2021, continuing a three-year run of recognition by the publication.
