Roger West Creative & Code Ranks No. 11 on Tampa Bay Business Journal’s Best Places to Work in 2021

Roger West Creative & Code, a full-service digital marketing agency, has been recognized as the No. 11 Best Place to Work in Tampa Bay by the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
Roger West placed 11th in 2019 and 12th in 2020. The official rankings were released by Tampa Bay Business Journal on April 21 and recognize 60 exceptional companies in the Tampa Bay region. Forward-thinking businesses throughout Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Manatee, Sarasota and Polk counties made the list.
Recognition by the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s annual Best Places to Work program requires nominee employees to complete an anonymous survey from Quantum Workplace. The 60 companies are categorized by size: small (10-24 employees), medium (25-49), large (50-99) and extra-large (100 or more).
As part of the small business category, Roger West received a Quantum Score of more than 96 out of 100 after being evaluated on team effectiveness, retention risk, alignment with goals, trust with co-workers, individual contribution management effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, value, engagement, and practices.

Inclusion on TBBJ’s Best Places to Work list is the latest in a series of recognition for the agency. Earlier this year, Roger West celebrated ranking No. 41 on Inc. Magazine’s List of Florida’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies.
