Restaurant Marketing that Rises Above the Rest
Roger West has launched a fresh, exciting new website for PDQ, a Tampa-based fast-casual restaurant chain that’s grown to 55 stores since they opened in 2011. PDQ was recently featured in the Tampa Bay Business Journal for being “on the cusp of a major expansion that could take it from regional favorite to national brand.”
PDQ’s recent rebranding and new online presence are helping to pave the way for the company’s future growth.
Their web design features evocative food imagery, interactive and downloadable menus, a location finder and more. The responsive site is optimized on all devices: desktop, tablet and mobile.
Roger West collaborated with PDQ to develop a new, more user-friendly site architecture, incorporate video, and build the site within Sitefinity CMS, an enterprise-level .NET content management system, which allows PDQ to easily add or edit news posts, community events, special promotions and more.

“We’re thrilled with the new website; it’s a much better reflection of our brand as a fresh and modern take on fast food. The site is not only aesthetically pleasing, it’s also easier for our guests to navigate, and provides more information about our food and our brand story. Roger West has built a place for us to connect with and engage our fans.”
Jeffrey Kamis, PDQ’s Chief Marketing and PR Officer
Our award-winning restaurant sites have significantly increased web and mobile traffic, boosted loyalty/reward program participation and generated qualified leads for more effective, targeted campaigns.
Mike Westafer, CEO of Roger West, said, “We’re honored to work with top restaurant brands like PDQ, and to see how quickly a bold new website like theirs can bring in measurable results.”

PDQ is committed to creating deep roots in its local communities and gives thousands of dollars to local charities, schools, and organizations in need every year.
Outback Steakhouse co-founder Bob Basham and MVP Holdings CEO Nick Reader are the two principal owners of PDQ. The concept now has 55 locations throughout Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, South Carolina and Texas. For more information, visit www.eatPDQ.com.
