Paid Search and DialogTech Pays Off
Guys, we’re not big on tooting our own horn here at Roger West (toot!), but some success stories are too good not to share.
Roger West has years of experience in restaurant marketing, working with great national brands like Roy’s, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar, Bloomin’ Brands, PDQ, Outback, Cheeseburger in Paradise and more.
We’ve recently had some brag-worthy results from a paid search campaign we put together for Roy’s Restaurant, including a:
- 434% increase in reservations
- 38% decrease in cost per reservation
- 461% increase in mobile call conversions
Roger West put together a paid search plan utilizing both branded and non-branded keywords across 17 different markets, and built separate campaigns to promote Roy’s general reservations, private dining services, and the sale of gift cards.
Additionally, we focused on increasing search performance on mobile devices and implemented click-to-call technologies. Leveraging DialogTech’s call tracking and analytics services, we gained helpful insights, enabling us to increase call-in reservations.
