Bloomin’ Brands Builds a Bold New Franchise Site
Bloomin’ Brands is a dynamic, renowned brand that offers incredible opportunities to potential franchisees. When they came to Roger West, they only had a single webpage dedicated to promoting those opportunities. The agency set out to create a more robust and informative franchise site to appeal to investors and future franchisees. The final international franchise site would need to include specific pages about each featured brand, FAQs, testimonials, details on the restaurant launch process, an international map of locations, and a prevalent contact form to best represent the Bloomin’ Brands name.

A Responsive Site Built Right
The franchise site was built using Progress Sitefinity, an enterprise-level .NET content management system, providing robust features that enabled Bloomin’ Brand administrators to easily update information on the site at any time. The site was also built to be responsive, mobile-friendly, and high-performing on any device.
It wasn’t enough for the website to just be responsive. It needed to reflect the same vibrant look and feel as Bloomin’ Brands’ identity. Roger West maintained the tradition of using beautiful food and lively restaurant images, using them on rotating image sliders. Because Bloomin’ Brands and their unique restaurant concepts have distinct branding standards, Roger West worked to make each concept page unique.
The result was a cohesive and unified website with engaging franchise pages that aligned with all brand standards without losing their signature look and feel.
Feeding the Lead Funnel
The new franchise website for Bloomin’ Brands was immediately put to the test. After the site went live, Bloomin’ Brands reported an increase in leads from potential franchisees. Admins for the company’s domestic and international teams each began receiving their qualified leads and were assigned specific roles to access critical information.
Roger West has a relationship with Bloomin’ Brands that extends over a decade and is consistently working on new projects. After the success of the new franchise website, Roger West began developing international website templates that franchises around the world could use to ensure a consistent brand look and feel. The agency also updated the Bloomin’ Brands website for ADA compliance.
