Roger West Creative & Code Makes 5th Consecutive Appearance on Tampa Bay Business Journal’s Best Places to Work List

Roger West Creative & Code, a full-service digital marketing agency, has been named the 10th Best Place to Work Tampa Bay for 2023 by the Tampa Bay Business Journal. This marks the agency’s fifth consecutive appearance on this esteemed list, with previous rankings of 11th in 2019, 12th in 2020, 11th in 2021, and 3rd in 2022.
The Tampa Bay Business Journal unveiled the final rankings on April 26, highlighting 60 outstanding workplaces across the Tampa Bay region, including those in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Manatee, Sarasota, and Polk counties. Nearly 900 people attended the awards event this year at George M. Steinbrenner Field in Tampa.
To qualify for the annual Best Places to Work award, employees of potential nominees must complete an anonymous survey provided by Quantum Workplace. Based on the results, 60 companies are chosen and sorted by size: small (10-24 employees), medium (25-49), large (50-99), and extra-large (100 or more).
Roger West received a Quantum Score of 96.49 out of 100 in the small business category. The survey evaluates several factors, such as team effectiveness, retention risk, goal alignment, trust among coworkers, individual contribution, management effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, value, engagement, and practices.
