Roger West Creative & Code Ranks No. 3 on Tampa Bay Business Journal’s Best Places to Work in 2022

Roger West Creative & Code, a full-service digital marketing agency, has been recognized as the #3 Best Place to Work in Tampa Bay by the Tampa Bay Business Journal.

This is Roger West’s fourth consecutive year appearing on this prestigious list. The company placed 11th in 2019, 12th in 2020, and 11th in 2021. Official rankings were released by Tampa Bay Business Journal on April 21 and recognize 60 exceptional workplaces in the Tampa Bay region. The list also includes companies based throughout Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Manatee, Sarasota, and Polk counties.

To be recognized by the annual Best Places to Work program, a potential nominee’s employees must complete an anonymous survey from Quantum Workplace. Sixty companies are then selected based on their scores and categorized by size: small (10-24 employees), medium (25-49), large (50-99) and extra-large (100 or more).

Roger West received a Quantum Score of 98.53 out of 100 in the small business category. The survey assesses categories such as team effectiveness, retention risk, alignment with goals, trust with co-workers, individual contribution management effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, value, engagement, and practices.

Earning a spot on TBBJ’s Best Places to Work list is the latest in a series of accolades for the agency. Earlier this year, Roger West ranked number 17 on Inc. Magazine’s annual Inc. 5000 Regionals Southeast list, which recognizes the fastest growing companies in the region.
