Roger West decided to tap into the excitement of college basketball’s national championship tournament by creating an interactive tournament focused on the PDQ menu. After extensive brainstorming and collaboration with the team at PDQ, “Munch Madness” was born.
The campaign was designed to encourage customers to sign up for MyPDQ Points and customize a tournament bracket filled with PDQ menu items. As customers made their selections, certain menu items would be eliminated until only two remained, with their final choice being crowned the PDQ “Taste Champion.”
