Produce eBooks with Ease

March 20, 2019   /   by  Diane Callihan

EBooks are hot right now.

And I’m not talking about the books you download on your Kindle app (although that is often what will come up if you Google eBooks), I’m talking about the engaging, informative and visual eBooks that B2B companies are producing.

According to Hubspot, “EBooks are the hip sibling of the white paper.”

While white papers are typically just that – a white page with lots of text – eBooks can convey the same information in a more visual format, utilizing photography, infographics, pull quotes, bold stats, charts and more.

Here at Roger West, we’ve had a growing number of clients ask us to write and/or design eBooks for them – and for good reason. They are a popular way to bring in leads, establish your company as a thought-leader in your industry and build brand loyalty.

They also give your sales people a powerful tool to use - although remember these should be informative and helpful, not salesy.

Two years ago, we published a (still relevant) blog post, “6 Best Practices for Creating an eBook” which remains one of our most popular posts ever.

Building on that popularity, we also created our own eBook on eBooks, which you can download here.

The good news is that producing an eBook doesn’t have to be too labor intensive – it just needs to be smart, relevant and professional looking. We’re not talking War and Peace here.

The better news is we’re happy to help you create yours. We have a lot of experience in creating eBooks that engage, educate and drive leads. Let’s Talk.
