Roger West’s 2018 Year in Review

Just like the comforting tradition of watching the ball drop in Times Square or waking up under a friend’s dining room table, it’s time for the highly-anticipated Roger West 2018 Year in Review.

Guys – it was a crazy year all around. But for us, good crazy. In fact, 2018 was our Best. Year. EVA.

We landed 15 awesome new clients this past year – and that’s in addition to all the swell clients we already have. In fact, we’ve had four of our clients for more than 10 years, because, not to brag, but we’re super fun to work with and REALLY humble.

We worked on some exciting projects that yielded some noteworthy results:

  • Altruista Health experienced a 50% increase in website leads, a 60% growth in RFPs and a 50% increase in revenue after rebranding and launching their new website.
  • The Villages Health had a 200% in patient acquisition, a 480% increase in care center tours and 70% campaign conversion rates after we became their marketing partner.
  • Roy’s Restaurant’s digital marketing strategy paid off with a 434% increase in reservations, a 38% decrease in cost per reservation and a 461% increase in mobile call conversions.
  • And that’s just to name a few…

We’ve also doubled our size, hiring 7 fabulous new faces including: April Reyes, Director of Creative Services, Marisa Brasile, Account Manager, Sarah Pierce, Art Director, Daniel Dierksen, Designer, Luis Reyes, Director of Technology, Natalie Lane, Director of Digital Strategy, and Misti Ferris, Production Manager.

Additionally, we spruced up our office with the help of some awesome height-adjustable desks from Symmetry Office, some sweet Herman Miller chairs, an arcade dart board, cornhole, a slew of digital marketing tools, a toaster that doesn’t catch fire and lots of bourbon.

All in all, we’re excited to move into 2019 on the top of our game with an experienced and responsive team of digital marketing experts, clients that challenge and inspire us to be our best, and of course, the promise of chicken mini’s and powdered donuts.
